A place where sea-salt mornings, slow brunch rituals, and creative nomadic culture come together. Nomads blends coastal comfort with an easygoing surf vibe.

Inspired by Tides,
Built for Nomads
The concept draws from the natural flow of coastal life in Portugal: changing tides, sun-bleached textures, hand-painted surf signage, and shared tables after the waves.
The goal was to create an identity that feels relaxed yet intentional, balancing craft and clarity, spontaneity and structure.


Visual Language
Colors Palette
The color system is inspired by the rhythm of coastal life and the surf environment.
- Deep ocean blues evoke depth, movement, the power of the sea, and the surf culture and the Atlantic.
- Sandy neutrals bring a sense of ease and natural balance, grounding the brand in an organic, beachside atmosphere.
Typography
The typographic system is designed to feel both expressive and practical, mirroring the dual nature of a surf-friendly space: relaxed yet functional.
- A bold, textured font adds character and a handcrafted, referencing surfboards, and the nomadic spirit of coastal communities.
- A clean sans-serif typeface ensures clarity and readability
Illustration
Hand-drawn illustrations capture the surf lifestyle with wave lines, driftwood textures, and nomadic paths, adding warmth, playfulness, and authenticity.





Flyer and merch
Capturing the energy of the sea and the easy rhythm of life by the shore.
T-shirts and tote bags translate the identity into wearable, everyday objects.
Together, these elements strengthen the sense of community around Nomads by the Sea,
allowing the brand to live beyond the space itself worn, shared,
and carried wherever the tide takes its people.
